ABOUT US

The Coping Camp is an online mental health community, based in India.

We are working towards spreading awareness and making mental health support more accessible.

We are a volunteer-based community, seeking and assembling people with the same goals and vision.

Every month we have specific themes on which we work. These themes help the audience find relevant information together and keep our focus on one thing so that we are good at conveying the information!

Our Values are Empathy, Attention, Advocacy and Respect.

We believe that  mental health issues are an individual's battles but that doesn't mean they have to fight alone!

We all are in this together.

We have professional psychologists on board who provide therapy at pro bono costs. We know in our country, financial means can be quite difficult to access, so for the betterment of our community, this was a step to make people come for therapy. If you or someone you know needs help, don't hesitate to ask for it.

Contact us at thecopingcamp@gmail.com or message us on our social media handles.
