Kidness is a hope people hold on to in their dark days. The phrase, ‘this restores my faith in humanity’ is usually associated with the kidness individuals spread around on a daily basis as nowadays people do not see the kindness they used to. We are so busy in our daily lives we often forget the value of helping others, and spreading kidness into the world.

2. It releases neurochemicals which results in a sense of well-being, as know as the “helper’s high,” as Allan Luks and Peggy Payne describe the healing power of doing good. The neural circuits that are entangled in chemical highs are the ones activated by kindness and compassion.
